\u200bStartAbroad Administered Services<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. StartAbroad will provide refunds within 24 hours of purchase, exclusive of any transaction fees (credit card, transfer, etc), if clients made a purchase in error. If services have been initiated, including an initial welcome call, logging into a course platform and accessing course materials, logging into StartAbroad\u2019s client portal, or other engagement with StartAbroad\u2019s services, no refund will be provided.<\/li>\n
  2. If a client is unsatisfied with the performance of StartAbroad on a service that is directly implemented by StartAbroad, and can provide reasonable evidence that the issue was caused by poor performance by StartAbroad, StartAbroad may provide a refund of some percentage of the service fee. Whether a refund is given, and the amount of the refund, will be entirely up to the discretion of StartAbroad. Any refund provided will be exclusive of costs incurred by StartAbroad, be it a credit card transaction fee or international wire transfer fee AND exclusive of any costs incurred by StartAbroad in the performance of its duties. A claim must be submitted to StartAbroad within 60 days of purchase of a service.<\/li>\n
  3. If a client has purchased a service or product involving move assistance to a particular country, and decides not to move to that country, StartAbroad may provide up to a 50% refund of StartAbroad\u2019s service fee. Clients must alert StartAbroad of their decision not to move and request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The amount of the refund will be entirely up to the discretion of StartAbroad and may be reduced due to costs incurred by StartAbroad in the performance of its duties.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Partner Services<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. If an individual is unsatisfied with the quality of service provided by a StartAbroad referred partner vendor, StartAbroad will refund StartAbroad\u2019s service fee if one was collected, exclusive of any transaction fees related to the transfer of funds, be it a credit card transaction fee or international wire transfer fee. A claim must be submitted to StartAbroad within 30 days of purchase of a product, and reasonable evidence of poor performance by the service provider must be presented. It will be up to the discretion of StartAbroad to determine whether the evidence presented does constitute poor performance.<\/li>\n
    2. StartAbroad will not provide any type of refund for recommended services wherein an individual did not pay a fee to StartAbroad. In those cases, StartAbroad merely provided an opinion without any type of contract with the individual, and is not to be held accountable for the performance of a third-party vendor.<\/li>\n
    3. StartAbroad reserves the right, at its discretion, to change this refund policy at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
