I'm already approved, but I need help scheduling my AIMA appointment. Can you assist?
When should I book your service?
We recommend booking our AIMA appointment support at least a month before your scheduled appointment. We will only be able to support you in-person at your AIMA appointment with a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
Does it matter which type of visa I have?
We are able to support D7 and Digital Nomad visa applicants only.
What if my family member is scheduled in a different location?
Not to worry! We are accustomed to supporting several family members across different AIMA locations, including those who may have appointments at the same time in different offices.
Where in the country do you provide this service?
We are able to provide in-person AIMA appointment assistance at any AIMA office in mainland Portugal. We do not provide this service in Madeira or the Azores at this time.
